About this policy
This policy explains how BESO SOLUTIONS LLC, the company operating BESO Network (“BESO,” “we,” or “us”), handles information when you visit our website, create an account, use our calls, leads, and appointments platform, or connect a service such as Google Calendar.
Businesses can operate their own branded portals through BESO. When a business supplies or manages your information through its portal, that business also determines how it uses your information. Its privacy notices may apply alongside this policy. Contact that business about its marketing, insurance services, or customer records; contact BESO about our website, platform, or integrations.
Information we collect
- Account and contact details: your name, email, phone number, company, account role, and information you provide when signing up, requesting a demo, applying as an affiliate, or contacting support.
- Platform activity: campaign settings, routing preferences, licensed states, availability, CRM records, appointment details, call and lead history, and reports you or your organization submit. Call recordings and transcripts may be processed where recording or transcription is enabled.
- Billing and referrals: selected plans, purchases, usage, balances, payment status, transaction identifiers, affiliate attribution, commissions, and payout records. Payment providers handle payment credentials through their checkout services.
- Technical and website information: browser and device information, network and server logs, pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, form progress, errors, referral sources, campaign parameters, and conversion events.
- Connected services: information you authorize a connected provider to share, as described below for Google Calendar.
We receive information directly from you, from your organization and authorized users, from publishers or other marketplace participants, from connected services, and through use of our website and platform. Do not submit passwords for other services, government identifiers, or sensitive medical information in ordinary forms or support messages.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and branded portals; route calls and leads; schedule and manage appointments; process payments and usage charges; attribute referrals and commissions; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the service; and meet legal and accounting obligations.
When you request a demo or contact us, we use your details to respond and arrange the requested service. We use website analytics to understand acquisition sources and where visitors leave a signup or checkout flow. For authenticated visitors, we may associate a visit with an existing customer account to distinguish customer sign-ins from new customer acquisition.
Google Calendar connection
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. BESO requests your Google account identity and permission to manage events on calendars you own. The integration currently uses your primary calendar: it reads events to check availability and creates, reads, reschedules, and deletes BESO appointments. Google may return event titles, descriptions, participants, times, and status during availability checks.
We store your connected email, encrypted refresh token, connection status, and BESO booking references and meeting links. Appointment details go to Google and relevant hosts, assigned agents, and invitees to deliver the booking. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Google data is used for the calendar features you authorize. Human access is limited to your permission, security investigations, legal requirements, or permitted aggregated internal operations. Transfers are limited to delivering those features with consent, security, legal requirements, or a business transfer with your prior consent.
You can revoke access in your Google Account connections. To remove stored connection data, email support@besonetwork.com. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase existing appointments or required transaction records.
BESO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
Our services use cookies or similar storage for functions such as authentication, preferences, attribution, and analytics. The BESO marketing website uses local storage for visitor and session identifiers, first and most recent campaign sources, and affiliate referrals. Analytics visitor records currently have a 90-day browser-storage lifetime; affiliate referral records have a 30-day lifetime. These periods describe browser storage, not deletion of server-side records.
Marketing analytics records actions such as a form being started or completed. It does not capture raw keystrokes, passwords, or the values typed into those fields. Information you submit in a signup, demo, or checkout form is processed separately to fulfill that request.
You can turn off BESO website analytics below or in the website footer. The current tracker also respects supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Turning analytics off removes its local visitor identifier and stops subsequent tracking in that browser; it does not delete historical records or essential account and billing data. This setting does not clear affiliate attribution. You can clear site storage in your browser, which may also sign you out. Choices apply per browser and device.
Storage, retention, and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing your account, completing appointments and transactions, resolving disputes, maintaining security, and meeting legal or accounting requirements. Retention depends on the type of record, the service involved, and applicable obligations. Backup copies may persist after removal from active systems.
We use safeguards such as access controls, authenticated service connections, and encryption for stored Google refresh tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Applicable privacy protections may differ by location.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or limits on certain uses or disclosures. Email support@besonetwork.com with your request and the account or service involved. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. Some records must be retained for legal, security, or transaction-related reasons.
You can revoke Google permissions using the link above, manage browser storage, and use available account settings. You may opt out of marketing messages through their unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us. Necessary account, billing, security, and appointment messages may still be sent.
If a customer business controls your record, we may direct your request to it or assist it in responding. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy authority.
Children
BESO is a business service intended for adults, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to BESO, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when required, including before using Google data for a new purpose that requires consent.
